This communications workshop will present important skills in a fun and interactive way.

Seasoned communication professionals will describe the concepts and then coach you during
practice opportunities.

well as in interviews, work environments, and difficult conversations. We are excited to cover

- Tips on how to respond in a positive way to keep the conversation going

Sandra DeLateur, Esq. is a mediator, attorney, and hearing officer who understands how the legal system deals with parties in a dispute. After 25 years of practicing law, she changed her practice to alternative dispute resolution to help people resolve their disagreements out of court.  She is an experienced trainer for nonprofit agencies and local governments.  In 2021, Sandra founded Community Conflict Resolution Services  to improve harmony and foster good relationships through better communication.​
